A WordPress website is never finished: plugins and themes change, security vulnerabilities become known and data protection requirements grow. With the WordPress Care Services we take care of monitoring and supporting your project – regardless of whether it runs on web hosting, a managed vServer or the enterprise cloud.
Care Standard includes monitoring, a dedicated contact, use of Divi and a reduced developer hourly rate. Care Premium adds a GDPR audit and five developer hours per year, Care Shop additionally WooCommerce support and ten developer hours per year.

Do I need a maintenance contract for WordPress?
A WordPress website needs regular care: plugins and themes are updated, security gaps are closed and data protection requirements change. Without support, problems often go unnoticed until visitors report them. With the Care Services we take over monitoring and support, and you have a dedicated contact who knows your project. This keeps your website reliably available and secure.
Do the Care Services work with every hosting tier?
Yes. The Care Services are independent of the hosting tier you choose. You can combine them with our WordPress web hosting, a managed vServer or the enterprise cloud. This gives you the same personal support no matter how large your project is, and you can change your hosting later without having to sign a new maintenance contract.
What does the GDPR audit include?
In the GDPR audit we scan your website and prepare a report with a risk assessment on data protection. This shows you where action is needed, for example regarding embedded services or consent. The audit is included from Care Premium and can also be booked as a separate module. You can use the included developer hours for the implementation.
What can I use the developer hours for?
You use the developer hours for adjustments to your website, such as small extensions, corrections after an audit or changes to your shop. Care Premium includes five and Care Shop ten hours per year. On top of that, every Care package gives you a reduced developer hourly rate. Simply contact us when you want something implemented.
What does use of Divi mean?
Divi is a well-known theme and page builder for WordPress that lets you design pages without programming knowledge. With the Care Services you can use Divi for your website. For your visitors consent, the Real Cookie Banner is also available as a module. This way you get design and data protection from one provider.
Can I change my Care package later?
Yes. The packages build on each other: Care Premium includes all services of Care Standard, and Care Shop all services of Care Premium. If your project grows, for example because an online shop is added, simply move to the matching package. Our specialists are happy to advise you on the right package for your website. Ask for advice
