What is included in Microsoft 365 Business?
All plans include business email with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams for chat and video meetings, 1 TB of OneDrive storage per user and Word, Excel and PowerPoint in the browser and on mobile devices. From Business Standard you also get the desktop versions of the Office apps, and Business Premium adds Defender, Intune and Entra ID for security and device management. Copilot can be added to Standard and Premium as an AI assistant.
Why Microsoft 365 through LCube instead of directly from Microsoft?
You get the same licences, but a personal contact instead of an anonymous hotline. We set up your tenant, connect your domain, create users, migrate email and files and train your staff. Afterwards we continue to take care of questions, changes and security settings. LCube is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and has been supporting businesses since 1995 – personally and from Germany.
Which plan is right for my business?
Business Basic is enough if your team mainly uses email, Teams and Office in the browser. Business Standard is the right choice for classic office workplaces with the desktop versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. We recommend Business Premium when security, data protection and central management of your devices matter – especially with mobile staff. We are happy to advise you personally.
How long is the contract term?
Licences are taken out per user with an annual commitment. You can choose whether to pay monthly or annually; annual payment is slightly cheaper. When new staff join, we add further licences at any time. Contact us if you would like to combine plans – for example Business Premium for management and Business Standard for the rest of the team.
Can you take over my existing email?
Yes. We migrate your email, calendars, contacts and files from your previous system, for example from a web hosting mailbox, your own Exchange server or another provider. Migration costs 82,11 € per mailbox incl. VAT. We plan the move so that your team can keep working without interruption and only switch the domain once everything is ready.
Do I also need a backup for Microsoft 365?
We recommend it. Microsoft takes care of operating the platform, but you are responsible for backing up your data. Deleted emails, files or Teams chats can only be restored to a limited extent, and ransomware can also affect cloud data. Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection Enterprise Backup backs up Exchange, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint several times a day and costs 8,33 € per mailbox and month incl. VAT.
