Can I run further applications on VMM450?
Yes, by arrangement. With 16 CPU cores, 32 GB RAM and 320 GB NVMe storage, VMM450 offers enough resources to run, for example, OpenProject for project planning alongside Mattermost. We check with you whether the resources are sufficient for all applications, set them up and keep them up to date. This gives you communication and planning on one jointly managed server.
What if VMM450 is no longer enough?
Then we design your environment individually, for example with high availability on our VEP Cloud or on a dedicated server. On the VEP Cloud, CPU, memory and storage can be adjusted without changing hardware. You receive a custom quote, and we handle the migration of your existing Mattermost installation. Send an enquiry
Do I get root access?
No. You work via SSH; we handle installation, updates and monitoring. VMM450 is a managed server: because we take responsibility for secure operation, root access is not included. For you this means no effort for patches and maintenance, and more time for your projects. If you need additional software or a special configuration, our specialists set it up for you by arrangement.
Can you install additional applications?
Yes, by arrangement – for example GitLab notifications, bots or OpenProject. This turns your server into a complete development and project environment, looked after by a single provider.
