How many users and projects are possible?
Unlimited. Projects, users, repositories and traffic are unlimited in every plan – only the disk space for attachments and repositories is limited per plan, from 1,000 MB with Redmine Micro to 15,000 MB with Redmine Enterprise. Your Redmine grows with your team, and you never have to count users. If you run short of space, simply move to a larger plan or add storage.
Can you install further plugins?
Yes. Common plugins are already installed, and our support installs further plugins by arrangement. You can also add the premium RedmineUP plugins for helpdesk, CRM, invoices, agile and more as an option – we install them straight into your Redmine. If you need fully custom plugins, a high volume of helpdesk requests or further tools on the same system, your own Redmine server is the right choice.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time without data loss. You can also add storage. Your projects, tickets, wiki pages and repositories are kept in full when you switch. That way you start with a plan that matches your needs today and grow flexibly with your team. If your team becomes very large or you need custom plugins, your own Redmine server pays off – we are happy to advise you.
Can I connect Redmine with SVN or Git?
Yes. In every plan you create SVN and Git repositories directly in Redmine and link commits to your tickets. Your team sees which code changes belong to each task. If you only need repositories without project management, our SVN and Git hosting fits, and for web development with repositories, web space and Redmine there are the ReposDev plans.
Who takes care of updates and security?
We do. You get Redmine fully set up, we install the updates, and your project data is backed up daily. Access is SSL encrypted, and the servers run as a cluster in German data centres. You take care of your projects, we take care of the technology behind them. Our support installs further plugins by arrangement.

Our hosting servers run as a cluster: if one machine fails, the second takes over almost instantly. Your project data is also backed up daily. What happens after the trial?
After the one-month trial period you will receive an email. If you want to keep using the package, you can book the corresponding paid plan (the scope of the trial package matches Redmine Micro for 3,49 € per month incl. VAT). Otherwise nothing changes for you: your data and login details are kept and you can continue working without interruption.
If the package does not suit you for any reason, simply reply to the email and tick "Please delete the package". The package is then deleted and you incur no costs whatsoever. If we do not receive a reply from you, the package is also deleted.
