WordPress web hosting is the economical solution for small and medium-sized projects: company websites, blogs, associations, practices, law firms and small shops. You do not need any server administration, because we look after the platform, security and backups. If your project needs more power, for example for a larger WooCommerce shop, you move to a managed vServer with dedicated resources.
Can I test the WordPress plan for free first?
Yes. You can test the WordPress plan free of charge and without obligation for one month: click “Try free for 1 month” or tick the trial option in the order form. During the trial you install WordPress with the WP Toolkit and check your theme, plugins and loading times under real conditions. After the trial period you receive an email. If you want to continue, book the WordPress plan – your data and access details are kept. If you do not reply, the trial plan is deleted and there are no costs. One trial plan is possible per customer.
How many websites can I run?
That depends on the plan: Starter is designed for one website, Business for three and Premium for up to ten websites. You manage every website conveniently in the WordPress Toolkit in Plesk. If you later need more websites or storage, simply move to the next larger plan – your data is kept.
How is my data backed up?
We back up your websites daily and keep the backups for 14 days. So after an error, a failed update or a deleted post you can go back to an earlier state. For additional security you can add encrypted system backups with Acronis as a module.
What do SmartUpdate and SpeedKit & SEO mean?
SmartUpdate is included in Business and runs function tests after updates, so that problems with plugins or themes show up before your visitors notice them. SpeedKit & SEO is part of Premium and supports the loading time and search engine optimisation of your websites. We are happy to discuss personally which extras make sense for your project.
Is moving my website really free?
Yes, without conditions. Our specialists transfer your existing WordPress website including files and database, check that it works and agree the switch-over with you. You do not have to take care of anything and save yourself the time and risk of moving it yourself. Simply contact us.
Can I combine WordPress web hosting with maintenance?
Yes. The WordPress Care Services can be combined with every plan. Care Standard gives you monitoring, a dedicated contact and a reduced developer hourly rate; Care Premium and Care Shop add a GDPR audit, WooCommerce support and developer hours.
