Business Basic brings email, Teams and Office in the browser, Business Standard adds the desktop versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and Business Premium also protects your devices and data with Defender, Intune and Entra ID.
Standard and Premium are available with Copilot Business, the AI assistant directly in your Office apps. All prices apply per user with an annual commitment – plans can be combined within your team, and we are happy to advise you on the choice.

Our recommendation: Business Standard is the right choice if you mainly need Office apps, email, Teams and cloud storage. We recommend Business Premium when security, data protection and central management of your devices play an important role – especially with mobile workplaces.

Frequently asked questions about the Microsoft 365 plans
Can I combine different plans?
Yes. Licences are assigned per user, so you can mix the plans to match your staff's tasks. A typical example: Business Premium for management and field staff with mobile devices, Business Standard for the office and Business Basic for staff who only use email and Teams. We are happy to put together a suitable combination for you.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual price?
Both prices apply with an annual commitment. With the monthly price you pay for the licences every month, with the annual price you pay once in advance and save a little. For Business Standard, for example, that is 15,16 € per month or 173,22 € per year per user, each including VAT. We are happy to advise you on which option makes more sense for your business.
Can I move to a larger plan later?
Yes, moving to a larger plan is possible at any time, for example from Business Standard to Business Premium if you want to manage your devices centrally. Your email, files and settings are kept. Copilot Business can also be added to Standard and Premium later. We handle the switch for you and agree the timing with you.
Are the prices net or gross?
On our website we show all prices including 19% VAT; the net price is also given for each plan. Business Basic, for example, costs 7,58 € gross or 6,37 € net per user and month. Microsoft 365 Business is aimed at businesses, and of course you receive your invoice with VAT shown separately.
