The builder is included in our web hosting from the PowerPaket upwards, and your website is hosted on servers in German data centres.
If you want to get started quickly, let the AI assistant create a first draft: a name, an industry and a short description are enough, and it suggests page structure and copy. Your own domain and mailboxes are included in the plan. On request our specialists help with the setup or with moving an existing website, charged by effort.

In the editor you see your website just as your visitors will see it later. On the left you choose ready-made sections – text with image, gallery, events, team or contact form – and drag them to the desired place. You change texts and images directly on the page and set colours, fonts and logo once centrally. This creates a consistent website, even when several people in your club or team work on it.

What is Sitejet Builder?
Sitejet Builder is a website builder included in Plesk, the control panel of our web hosting. You design your website in the browser from templates and ready-made sections and publish it under your own domain. An AI assistant helps with the first draft, copy, translations and SEO settings. You get the builder from the PowerPaket upwards at no extra charge.
Do I need programming skills?
No. You work with drag and drop: you drag sections such as text with image, gallery, events or contact form to the desired place and change texts and images directly on the page. You set colours and fonts once centrally. If you like, you can also add your own HTML, CSS or JavaScript – but a club or company website does not need it.
How does the AI help create the website?
The AI website generator creates a first draft with page structure, sections and copy from a few details – name, industry and a short description. You then edit this draft like any other page in the editor. The AI also helps with wording, translates content for multilingual websites and gives hints on the SEO settings. Check the suggestions before publishing.
Sitejet Builder or WordPress – which fits better?
Sitejet Builder fits if you want to design a manageable website for a club, practice or business quickly and without familiarisation. WordPress pays off for extensive websites, blogs with many posts, special functions via plugins or a shop with WooCommerce. For WordPress we offer dedicated WordPress plans with a toolkit. We are happy to advise you personally.
Can I use the builder and WordPress together?
Yes, but on different domains or subdomains. When publishing, Sitejet Builder replaces the files in the directory of the respective domain. So you can, for example, run the club website with the builder and a blog on a subdomain with WordPress. If you want to switch an existing website to the builder, back it up first – or let us support you.
Where is my data processed?
Your finished website is stored on our servers in German data centres: when publishing, the builder transfers the files of your website to your web hosting. The editor itself and the AI functions are provided by WebPros, the maker of Plesk and Sitejet; your input is processed on its systems and, for the AI functions, also by contracted AI services. So do not enter confidential or personal data in AI requests.
Can I try the builder for free?
Yes. You can try the PowerPaket, the BusinessPaket and the BusinessPaket Pro free for 1 month – including Sitejet Builder. This lets you try out templates and the AI assistant at your leisure and design your website before you decide. If you do not want to continue, the trial ends without any costs. Do you help with setup or migration?
Yes, on request. Our specialists set up the domain and builder for you, help you get started or move an existing website. We charge these services by effort – you receive a quote in advance. You or an agency of your choice design and maintain the content. Request support
Is the builder also available on my own server?
Yes. On our managed vServers Sitejet Builder is included if you add Plesk. This pays off, for example, for agencies that run many client websites and need dedicated, guaranteed resources. We take care of operation, server updates and backup, and your clients maintain their websites themselves in the builder. Root access is not included with the managed vServer.
