Do I get full root access on the VS150?
Yes. With the VS150 you have full root access and therefore full control over operating system, software and configuration. This also means you are responsible for updates and security yourself; on request we install the package updates with our update service for 11,90 € per month (RPM-based: AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS Stream, Fedora). If you prefer to hand over operation completely, the managed vServer VSM150 with the same 2 cores and 4 GB RAM is the right alternative: there we take care of installation, updates and monitoring.
What is the contract term for the VS150?
The minimum term is 3 months. The VS150 costs 25,51 € per month or 306,15 € per year, each including VAT. If 2 cores and 4 GB RAM are no longer enough, you move to the VS250 with 4 cores, 8 GB RAM and 160 GB NVMe – we take care of the move for you. When ordering, you can also add Plesk Web Admin, Web Pro or Web Host and a backup for convenient management of your websites, databases and mailboxes.
