Frequently asked questions about Business Premium
When is Business Premium worth it?
Business Premium is worth it as soon as security and device management matter: when staff work on the go or from home, use private devices, process sensitive customer data or you have to meet compliance requirements. Defender, Intune and Entra ID would be considerably more expensive individually and would have to be set up separately. With Business Premium they are included, and we configure them to suit you.
Do you set up Intune and Defender for us?
Yes. We configure policies for secure sign-ins, multi-factor authentication, device management with Intune and protection with Defender for Business to suit your business. We enrol your PCs, notebooks and smartphones and explain what to look out for in everyday use. We estimate the effort in advance and give you a fixed price for it.
Does Business Premium replace a backup?
No. Business Premium protects devices, accounts and access, but it does not include an independent backup of your Microsoft 365 data. Deleted or encrypted emails, files and Teams chats can only be restored to a limited extent. For this we recommend Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection Enterprise Backup for 8,33 € per mailbox and month incl. VAT – with several backups a day and granular restore.
