Which team is VOP150 suitable for?
VOP150 suits small teams using OpenProject for one or a few projects at a time – for example an agency, a development team or a department. With 2 guaranteed CPU cores, 4 GB RAM and 40 GB NVMe storage, OpenProject runs on a server just for you. If your team grows or many attachments are added, you move to VOP250 – your projects are kept.
Can you move our existing tasks to OpenProject?
If you already use OpenProject, we move your existing installation including its data to VOP150. If your tasks come from other tools or spreadsheets, we discuss with you which data can sensibly be transferred and tell you the effort in advance. Many teams deliberately start with a new, clean project and only transfer the current tasks. Send an enquiry
Do I get root access?
No. You work via SSH; we handle installation, updates and monitoring. VOP150 is a managed server: because we take responsibility for secure operation, root access is not included. For you this means no effort for patches and maintenance, and more time for your projects. If you need additional software or a special configuration, our specialists set it up for you by arrangement.
Can you install additional applications?
Yes, by arrangement – for example your Enterprise licence, Mattermost or a GitLab integration. This turns your server into a complete development and project environment, looked after by a single provider. What is the contract term?
The minimum term is 3 months. VOP150 costs 70,21 € per month or 800,39 € per year, both including 19% VAT. You order conveniently via our order form, and we set up the server and OpenProject for you.
