Care Standard is the basis of the WordPress Care Services: we keep an eye on your website with monitoring, you have a dedicated contact who knows your project, and we support your project personally. On top of that you get the use of Divi and a reduced developer hourly rate for adjustments.
The Care Services are independent of the hosting tier: you combine them with our WordPress web hosting, a WordPress vServer or the enterprise cloud and keep your maintenance contract if you change your hosting later.

You can add further modules such as Acronis image backup, Imunify360, SmartUpdate or firewall and VPN if you need them.
Who is WordPress Care Standard for?
Care Standard suits company websites that should run reliably without you having to look after them yourself. You have a dedicated contact, and you commission adjustments at the reduced hourly rate when needed. If you regularly need changes or a GDPR audit, Care Premium is the better choice because developer hours and the audit are already included there.
Can I get a GDPR audit with Care Standard?
Yes. The GDPR audit is included from Care Premium and can also be booked as a separate module with Care Standard. We scan your website and prepare a report with a risk assessment on data protection. If you want to combine the audit with regular adjustments, Care Premium with five developer hours per year is usually the more economical solution.
Does WordPress Care Standard work with my hosting?
The Care Services are independent of the hosting tier. You combine WordPress Care Standard with our WordPress web hosting, a WordPress vServer or the enterprise cloud.
