Frequently asked questions about the setup
How long does it take to set up Microsoft 365?
The basic setup with tenant, domain and user accounts is usually done within a few days. How long the migration takes depends on the number of mailboxes and the amount of data. We plan the process together with you and only switch the domain once all mailboxes have been moved. This way your team keeps working without interruption and does not lose any emails.
How much does migrating my emails cost?
Email and data migration costs 82,11 € per mailbox including VAT. This includes moving emails, calendars and contacts from your previous system, for example from a web hosting mailbox, your own Exchange server or another provider. For larger amounts of files or special requirements we prepare an individual quote in advance.
What does ongoing support include?
With ongoing support for 7,02 € per mailbox and month including VAT we take care of day-to-day administration: creating new staff, deactivating leavers, adjusting licences, answering questions and keeping security settings up to date. You reach our specialists directly instead of an anonymous hotline – personally and from Germany. On request we also review your security settings regularly.
Do you also offer training?
Yes. We train your staff via Microsoft Teams, on request on individual topics such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive or Copilot. Training costs 153,51 € per hour including VAT and is tailored to your team. This way everyone uses the new tools securely and productively from the start, and typical questions are answered before go-live.
