The VSM450 offers 16 guaranteed CPU cores, 32 GB RAM and 320 GB NVMe, a backup is included and we take care of updates and monitoring. This makes it a solid basis for important applications. However, if your project must not fail even in the event of a hardware defect, we recommend our enterprise cloud with clustering and high availability. We are happy to advise you on the platform that meets your requirements.
How do I relieve the VSM450 with very many visitors?
In addition to the generous resources of the VSM450, a content delivery network helps: images, scripts and files are delivered via the CDN – worldwide or from Germany. Your server concentrates on dynamic content and database queries, and your pages load faster. On request we also set up suitable services such as caching, provided the security of the server is not affected.
Do I get root access?
No. With the managed vServer we take care of installation, updates and monitoring, so root access is not included. This allows us to take responsibility for secure operation. You work conveniently through the management interface. If you need full control, our root vServer is the right alternative.
What is the contract term?
The minimum term is 3 months. When your project grows, you can move to a larger package with more CPU cores, memory and NVMe storage at any time. When ordering, you can also add Plesk for convenient management of your websites, databases and mailboxes.
