Your data is backed up daily, and when your needs grow you move to a larger plan without data loss.

Which web hosting plan do I need?
For a domain with email or a simple business card the Micropaket is enough. If you want to run a company website or a blog with a database, the PowerPaket – our bestseller – is the right choice. The BusinessPaket suits several websites and teams with many mailboxes, the BusinessPaket Pro agencies and businesses with many domains. We are happy to advise you personally.
Can I test the web hosting plan for free first?
Yes. You can test the web hosting plan free of charge and without obligation for one month: click “Try free for 1 month” or tick the trial option in the order form. During the trial you set up your website and mailboxes and check whether storage, databases and features of the chosen plan suit your project. After the trial period you receive an email. If you want to continue, book the web hosting plan – your data and access details are kept. If you do not reply, the trial plan is deleted and there are no costs. One trial plan is possible per customer.
Is a domain included in the plan?
Yes. Every plan includes at least one domain of your own; the PowerPaket includes two, the BusinessPaket three and the BusinessPaket Pro six domains. You can create unlimited subdomains in all plans. You can add further domains at any time. This way customers reach your website and email addresses under your own name.
Which PHP versions and languages are supported?
All web hosting plans support PHP 7.4 to 8.x as well as CGI and Perl, with MySQL databases from the PowerPaket upwards – ten in the PowerPaket, 40 in the BusinessPaket Pro. Ruby, Ruby on Rails and Node.js require SSH access and are therefore included in the BusinessPaket and BusinessPaket Pro. Can I run Laravel applications on web hosting?
Yes, from the PowerPaket upwards. With the Laravel Toolkit in Plesk you install dependencies via Composer, run Artisan commands such as migrations, set up the scheduler and deploy your application from a Git repository – all conveniently in the web interface. MySQL databases for your application are included. From the BusinessPaket you also work on the command line via SSH and use Node.js, for example to build your frontend assets.
Do I need SSH access for Laravel?
No. The typical tasks of running a Laravel application – installing Composer dependencies, running migrations and other Artisan commands, starting the scheduler and rolling out new versions from Git – are handled in the Plesk Laravel Toolkit. If you prefer the command line or need Node.js for frontend builds, choose the BusinessPaket or BusinessPaket Pro with SSH access. You can switch at any time without data loss.
Is there a website builder with AI?
Yes. From the PowerPaket upwards Sitejet Builder is included, a website builder in Plesk. You choose a template, add ready-made sections by drag and drop and adapt texts and images – without any programming skills. On request the AI assistant creates a first draft of your website with copy from a few details and helps with writing, translating and SEO settings. Ideal for clubs, freelancers and small businesses. Yes, at any time and without data loss. When your project grows, simply move to the next larger plan with more domains, mailboxes, databases and storage. If your project needs dedicated resources, for example for a large online shop, a managed vServer is the next step. Our specialists accompany the switch personally.
May I use the plans commercially?
Yes. All our web hosting plans are intended for commercial use – no matter whether you run a company website, an online presence for your practice or law firm, or a private project. You get the same platform, the same security and the same personal support, regardless of the type of use.
