That mainly depends on attachments and repositories. Tickets, wiki pages and comments take up very little space, whereas large attachments and extensive repositories need considerably more. Can I involve my clients in Redmine Micro?
Yes. As users are unlimited in every plan, you create separate accounts for your clients. Roles and permissions define what they see: for example tickets and the wiki, but no internal notes or time entries. Your clients then report requests and bugs directly in the ticket, and every agreement stays traceable – without scattered emails and without extra costs per user.
