Questions about Redmine Pro
Is 7,000 MB enough for my projects?
That mainly depends on attachments and repositories. Tickets, wiki pages and comments take up very little space, whereas large attachments and extensive repositories need considerably more. Projects, users and traffic are unlimited in every plan – so you only pay for the storage you actually need. If needed, you can move to a larger plan at any time without data loss. Compare all plans
Do my clients only see their own projects in Redmine Pro?
Yes, if you set it up that way. In Redmine you assign each user a role per project, such as “client” with read access to tickets and wiki and the right to create new tickets. Projects a user is not a member of stay invisible to them. You can also hide private notes and internal tickets. This lets you use a single Redmine installation securely for all your agency’s client projects.
Can I evaluate time per client project in Redmine Pro?
Yes. Your team logs time directly on tickets or projects, with an activity and a comment. You filter and group Redmine’s time reports by project, user, activity or period and export the result, for example as CSV, for your invoicing. This quickly shows you where budgets are getting tight. If you need invoices directly from Redmine, the optional RedmineUP plugins add suitable features.
